The Playbook Pipeline
Instead of manually listing tools, Apifeny AI has three automated stages: data ingestion from Kaggle + APIs, LLM-powered processing for categorization and scoring, and multi-format output as playbooks, rankings, and tool pages.
The Aggregator
Direct imports from Kaggle dataset + API-driven discovery. Weekly cron enriches new tools.
The Processor
LLM categorization. Asia Score computed from 5 factors. Trending velocity with recency decay.
The Output
60 tool pages + 105 playbooks + 10 rankings. All synced to a centralized data layer.
The Asia Score Framework
Every tool gets a hard 0–100 score. Active triggers include language support weight, local pricing signals, and data residency compliance. Audience context boosts scores for commercial keywords (SaaS, founder, marketing, solopreneur).
No more guessing which AI tool to use.
